Where Purnima Tithi will be held from 1:42 minutes of August 8 to the next day i.e. 1:23 minutes of August 9. In such a situation, Rakhibandhan festival will be celebrated on Uday Tithi i.e. August 9. Bhadra will have no effect on this day.
