According to the official notification released by the Indian Railways, the post of Apprentice will be appointed here. The total number of vacancies is 1007. However, the number of vacancies is different for different trades.
secr Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification:
According to the official notification, the job seeker has to pass Madhyamik with a minimum of 50% marks to apply for the post of Apprentice. Must have National Trade Certificate as well, which will be recognized by NCVT or SCVT.
SECR Recruitment 2025 Age Limit:
Job aspirants of minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years of age can apply for this post. However, as per the government rules, candidates of the reserved category will get age relaxation. In this case, 3 years if obc, 5 years if SC/ST and 10 years if PWBD will be available.
SECR Recruitment 2025 salary structure:
Candidates selected for the post of Apprentice will get a stipend of Rs 7700/- per month to Rs.8050/- per month. But this is not the full salary of the selected employees, it is a monthly stipend as an apprentice.

SECR Recruitment 2025 Important Date:
According to the notification, the application for this post will start from 5th April, 2025 and the application will continue till 4th of the next month i.e. 4th May, 2025. Interested candidates can apply within this specified time limit.
SECR Recruitment 2025 Recruitment Process:
Candidates selected for this post will not be conducted any written test or interview. Merit list will be published only on the basis of class 10 marks and ITI exam marks. All the candidates whose names will be in that list will be recruited through the medical examination.
